2. The Information We Collect Through the Service

Please note that public emergency services will always be able to identify your phone number when dialed, even if you requested to keep it confidential or used temporary blocking.
Except as stated above, we do not share personally identifiable information ("Identifying Information") with others except in the following cases:

5. Your Rights Regarding Identifying Information
- You have the right to contact us to inquire what Identifying Information we hold about you.
- If you find that the information is inaccurate, you may request its correction.
- You may request the deletion of your Identifying Information. We will make reasonable efforts to comply, subject to technical feasibility and our legitimate interests regarding legal obligations or the protection of our legal rights.
6. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- As part of our services, we may offer features that utilize artificial intelligence engines. These services require uploading data from your end for processing.
- The terms of use and privacy policies for AI tools are subject to the respective policies of the third-party AI engine providers as updated from time to time.
- Where possible, we choose enterprise service tiers (Enterprise/API) that prevent these AI providers from sharing your uploaded data with third parties or using it to train their general models for other users.
- We may offer tools to redact personal data from content uploaded to AI engines; however, these tools do not guarantee absolute or complete removal.
- Note that some AI engines do not inherently comply with strict financial security regulations. You must exercise caution if allowing these engines access to financial data belonging to you, your clients, or third parties.

7. Data Retention and Security
- We retain information for as long as necessary to carry out our legitimate commercial activities, protect our legal rights, and fulfill regulatory requirements.
- We implement industry-standard security measures based on the sensitivity and scope of the data. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a data breach with a tangible risk to your Identifying Information, we will make best efforts to notify you if your contact information is available to us.
- We may store and process data within the State of Israel or abroad, in compliance with applicable laws and at our sole discretion.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such data from our systems.
9. Miscellaneous & International Transfers
- Nothing in this policy limits or derogates from our legal rights to collect, use, or disclose information under applicable law.
- When using mobile devices or our services abroad, you are subject to the local laws of that jurisdiction and the privacy terms of the roaming network provider.
- International Users (GDPR/CCPA): If you are accessing the Service from the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or CCPA (data portability, erasure, etc.). Using the service constitutes consent to data processing in Israel.
